Since 2016 Jake has worked extensively in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the US with “instant composers” in the fields of music and dance. Pioneered by artists such as Katie Duck and the Instant Composers Pool, Jake’s work with dancers releases both artists from the relationship of dancer and accompanist and encourages the movement present in music and the sound of the physical body.
